4 men any age 1 woman 30 - 40 5 boys 8 - 10 2 girls 8 - 10 Throughout the twentieth century, there have been hundreds of purported outbreaks of zombie causing contagions throughout every continent. Within the last two decades, private and governmental research have eliminated many of the originally considered causations, identified, and isolated a chain of vital pathogens that seems most likely to attribute to these endemic incidents (Antimortisviraloma or AMV). While identifying the causes and developing effective prophylactic measures or inoculations must remain in the public’s foremost interest, human rights protection and consideration must also be taken into consideration for the sufferers of these diseases. The two are not exclusive to one another. After several large outbreaks in the state of Michigan in 1967 through 1972, it was obvious that civil rights abuses against sufferers were widespread and the government should enact protective provisions to ensure the rights of the afflicted were protected. The year is now 2010, and still, not a single piece of legislation has been introduced to address these issues. The amazing thing is the bipartisan approach that the Congress and the Senate have adopted when faced with this dilemma. Not a single representative broke ranks, or even stood up to discuss the challenge. It appears their only answer to our family and friend’s medical emergency is to deploy troops to destroy them, or allow anarchy and let vigilante groups roam free to do it.
The ACLU should recognized a need for research into these civil rights violations against this definable population, and should determined the causation of violence inflicted against Undead Survivors. The research developed a definable rational to identify the causes of abuse and neglect of the populus category we will identify as Undead Survivors (US). After studying various state criminal codes, Federal laws, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the American’s with Disabilities Act, it becomes obvious that Undead Survivors are a protected class. USA Project-Z researchers reviewed the reported violent crimes of Murder and non-negligent manslaughter, robbery, aggravated assault, and the property crimes of burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson of victims later determined to be sufferers of any of the Antiportisviraloma strains. A majority of this information was recovered from the FBI Uniform Crime Report, dating from 1930. Through this research, it was determined that within minutes of the discovery of an Undead Survivor, the living will use deadly force without first establishing the fact they, the AMV sufferer, actually poses an “immediate threat” and rob that Undead Survivor of their existence, and personal property. These atrocities lead to the observations of Undead Survivors and their behaviors in an attempt to undestand these behaviors and how they relate to their abuse and neglect. In each facit of the research, it was determined that the physical appearance and behavior of Undead Survivors directly attributed to the livings aggression towards them. These appearances and behaviors have lead to sufferers not only being assaulted but also caged or shackled, and even tortured for the amusement by the living; in many cases after the abuse, they were disposed of as nothing more than trash. Although there are new treatments and therapies that are currently under research, their priority appears to remain low. In most cases, the medical approach to the problem has been to develop a vaccine, and to inoculate the living against the contagion, not cure the infected. Research into Undead Survivor deep-brain stimulation has had remarkable results with many of the neurological disorders, however remains expensive and controversial, and does not address the reaction of the living toward their existence. Throughout this blog, I will identify the causal factors of Undead Survivor abuses and concludes that Zomboid Americans (Hanshaw 2008) and those Life-Challenged individuals (Sapp 2009) continue to be abused and neglected at an increasing rate, and are denied their equality guaranteed to them by the laws of the United States government and the stated in which they reside. Undead Survivor requires the protection of the ACLU. Please review and be aware of these challenges. Outbreaks within closed and confined facilities are on the rise and should be monitored closely. The following are updates from the Undead Survivor Advocacy Network Center for Viral Studies:
EXCITED DELIRIUM MORTIS (EDM) According to recent studies, 91 to 99 percent of Undead Survivors may at one time or another suffer from Excited Delirium Mortis. Excited Delirium Mortis is typically brought on by the stimulation of an already activated or agitated sensory organ. Most often, Excited Delirium Mortis is triggered when the already stimulated hunger actuator portion of the brain is further motivated by the smell or sight of a possible food source. Signals from the sensory organ are amplified during this phenomenon, causing the Undead Survivor to endanger themselves, stopping at nothing to harvest their meal. In an Excited Delirium Mortis state, the Undead Survivor is undoubtedly a danger to themselves and others, and must be protected. COMPOUNDING EFFECTS OF HYPER-VIGILANCE (HV) As in other strains, although rare, HV sufferers are prone to enhanced Exited Delirium Mortis episodes. These episodes are typically brought on by the immediate possibility of harvesting. HV sufferers experiencing EDM are to be considered dangerous and cannot be managed with conventional methods. These sufferers are highly mobile, simulate limited problem solving skills, and are decidedly assertive. However, due to the amplified efficiency of the transformation, and the increased glandular activity and rapid loss of bodily fluids, HV sufferers experiencing EDM deteriorate quickly without regular replenishment. They typically burnout rather than fade away, and experience increased rates of mummification disorder due to their loss of fluid. An HV sufferer without regular replenishment may become completely incapacitated within a week, or sooner. Please be aware of these developing problems and maintain a proper safety posture. Help identify potential abusers and report them to the authorities.
Every day, throughout America there are Undead Survivors in need with no one to help them—no one they can count on to be that torchbearer and stand-up for them against the popular belief of eradication. In every case there is great loss, but also great rewards. For years, there have been individuals that stood up against the hordes of zombie hunters, and faced ridicule and even death for believing that all human beings deserve respect and fair treatment under the law. It is time that those of us who believe in America, believe in equal rights for all, band together and defend the rights of the most persecuted cultural group on the face of the planet. A true zombie hunter must choose, mark, close distance, control, and dispatch their victim stealthfully, all the time avoiding gaining the attention of other Undead Survivors. The logistics concerned in organizing a hunt can become very complex, especially when there are multiple Undead Survivors and sites involved. When zombie hunters continue to commit multiple organized events of successful killing without being recognized or appreciated by their group, they can become very frustrated, feeling they will never be respected. If this continues, the hunter may begin to take shortcuts and reckless chances when committing atrocities. It leads to a more demoralizing feeling that it is not that they don’t receive recognition, it’s they think they can’t received it. This type of jaded hunter is very dangerous and often responsible for mass killings. Hunter behavior violence can include verbal, emotional, economic, and physical abuse toward Undead Survivors. Many times citizens ignore these indicators, and attempt to minimize the seriousness of their actions. This can be especially difficult when friends or family members begin to show signs of this conduct. The following are specific indicators of potential Hunter violence: · Calls Undead Survivors derogatory names · Uses put-downs when referring to Undead Survivors · Refers to all Undead Survivors as bad · Blames Undead Survivors for the Hunter’s own violent actions · Makes furtive physical threats toward Undead Survivors · Tries to injure Undead Survivors · Threatens or hurts Undead Survivor pets · Threatens to kill Undead Survivors · Blames Undead Survivors for their own sexual dysfunctions When interviewing zombie hunters, often the same answers were given to specific questions. The following are questions posed to former zombie hunters and the top two most common answers given: Question: Why are you killing them? Answer (1): ‘Cause they’re zombies. Answer (2): ‘Cause they got the virus. Question: Do you feel bad for killing your former friends or family? Answer (1): No. Answer (2): Nope, they’re dead anyway. Question: How did you become a zombie hunter? Answer (1): I don’t know, I just did. Answer (2): I just like killing them… As you can see, to attempt a rational argument with such persons would be practically futile. Two words "Supremacy and Control" are what the zombie hunters want most, except wanting the undead, dead. This thought process often leads to a series of behaviors that create a deadly mix: Living Privilege: Hunters often feel that just because they are alive, and the sufferer is undead, they can assert violence towards them without repercussions. Economic Abuse: They feel that robbing the undead of their money and property is lawful and accepted, and they should suffer no ramifications from their actions. Blaming: They blame the undead for being undead, therefore it is the Undead Survivor’s fault for the violence unleashed against them, and they are not at fault. If you recognize individuals displaying this behavior, please report them to your nearest advocacy group; the quicker the notification, the faster the intervention.
