COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES
“Agency Establishment and Fundamental Support”
Through the formation of an Undead Survivor Advocacy (USA) Network, other independent associations or groups of nationwide advocacy organizations can organize and communicate. Together, US Advocates can strive to achieve the development and full implementation of public policy that promotes and supports the rights, inclusion, integration, and independence of Undead Survivors.
UNDEAD SURVIVOR SERVICES
Each individual advocacy group provides the following services:
· Community awareness training
· Security and safety preparation
· Law and probate support
· Civil rights support
· Direct advocacy support
· Phone-in support (Hotline)
· On scene support
· Crisis stabilization
UNDEAD SURVIVOR CONSORTIUM
Advocates across the country have organized and mobilized to confront this threat against Undead Survivor rights. Dedicated Advocates for people suffering from these debilitating conditions can effect positive change and undo this cycle of violence. Through litigation of public policy, Undead Survivor Advocates have advanced and preserved the rights of their former friends, family member, colleagues, and citizens. Through combined litigation, Advocates can outlaw institutional abuses and gain protections against arbitrary confinement. Together, Advocates have opened up public schools, workplaces, housing and other opportunities to be shared with all, the living and the undead.
ORGANIZATION OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES
Local civic philanthropists have been solicited by US Advocates and encouraged to move forward with community outreach programs and enact legislation that would provide support for US housing facilities. Ideally, private corporations should manage these Community Undead Facilities Stations (CUFS). If that is not possible, local authorities should step in to manage their CUFS, or federal authorities should temporarily step in to assist.
Each dedicated facility, local authority, and Undead Survivor community center should comply with all applicable federal and state statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to privacy of Undead Survivors. This is not limited to the federal and state statutes, rules, and regulations describing governing the confidentiality of protected health information. These facilities will also provide for the reporting of disease or injury, child abuse, birth or death of persons housed within community facilities. Managing conservators shall also be responsible for the conduct of public health surveillance, investigation, and/or intervention of abuses against the undead.
